Just a few days ago, the male idol groups who ranked in terms of brand values for the month of February were already named with BTS topping the list.

And now it is the girls’ time to be named!

Based on the records of the Korean Business Research Institute, BLACKPINK topped the list for this month once again with a brand reputation index of 14,304,082, which is a 14.85 percent decrease in their score since January. According to Soompi, the high-ranking phrases in BLACKPINK’s keyword analysis included “Jennie,” “Golden Disc,” and “United States,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “cute” “warm,” and “love.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 71.53 percent positive reactions.

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected during the period of January 8 to February 9, 2019.

BLACKPINK was followed by GFRIEND on the second spot with a brand reputation index of 10,422,615, while TWICE ranked in third with a total index of 10,123,910.
