K-Pop superstars BLACKPINK will be officially entering the Japanese market courtesy of “Kill This Love” and here’s what you may want to know about this latest feat:


  • The Japanese version of the mini album ‘Kill This Love’ will be released on September 11 through Interscope Records of Universal Music in Japan.

  • It includes a total of 10 b-side songs in two languages: Japanese and Korean.

  • There will be a total of 7 unique versions of the mini album: first press limited edition A; first press limited edition B; a regular version; and the solo versions of each member. 

  • The album release will kick off the series of activities of BLACKPINK in Japan that include performances in large-scale music festivals this summer followed by a Dome tour in the following Japanese cities:

                            > Tokyo Dome (December 2019)

                            > Osaka Kyocera Dome (January 2020)

                            > Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome (February 2020)

BLACKPINK has been widely popular in Japan since the release of their self-titled EP ‘Blackpink’ that included Japanese versions of their first five releases.

Their follow up studio-album ‘Blackpink In Your Area’ also featured four  Japanese versions of their tracks.
